Wholesale FAQ + Policies

What is your processing and shipping time?

All wholesale orders are "made to order", to ensure freshness of each order. Products will be shipped at least 2-3 weeks after order is placed, but can ship earlier.
Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (saturdays/sundays) and holidays.

Can I resell these products?

Yes, our wholesale products are made with intention to resell to your customers. 
Do not copy our website word for word unless it's for the ingredients list. You're also responsible for becoming knowledgeable about skincare, natural and organic products and your customer base.
 

Can I use images from your Instagram and website for my own content?

No. Our wholesale our products are handmade for you to resell, therefore we encourage all customers to take time out to create all content for their business. We have a strict policy about using our pictures as your own. All of our brands should be different. Using our pictures and/or content is copyright infringement of our intellectual property and will result in you being removed from our wholesale program.

What is the refund and exchange policy?

There are absolutely no returns or exchanges. Given the nature of our products, all sales are final. If there are any issues with your order please contact us at shoptrinskinwholesale@gmail.com

Delivery issues

 Processing time will start 24 hours after your order is placed. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

If the order is placed using the incorrect address, please email us WITHIN 24 HOURS to update the shipping address. 

 

Do you do custom orders?

Can I do pickup orders?

No, all orders must be placed through our website, and all orders have to be shipped.

TRINSKIN is not responsible for lost, stolen and or damaged packages. We encourage you to follow up with USPS to file a claim!
You have 24 hours after receiving your products to report any damages, issues with product. 
Anytime after 24 hours, there won't be anything left for us to do.
