Which products should I get?

Product recommendations are based on your skin type. When trying to figure out which product, the answer is always the product that WORKS FOR YOU. All skin and skin types are different.

Can the yoni bar be use all over your body?

Yes, all soap bars can be used all over your body. 

Does the yoni bar and yoni wash have the same affect?

Both have the same benefits, Yoni wash is stronger with more essential oils. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test first.

Why are the yoni bars always a different color?

All yoni bars are handcrafted, therefore this gives us a chance to show our creativity with different colors and designs. This does not affect the benefits of the product. However customers do not have the option to choose which bar they get. 

How do I apply the clay mask powder?

To apply clay mask powders, spoon mixture in a small clean bowl and add a few drops of (distilled water, aloe Vera juice, yogurt, apple cider vinegar, or coconut milk, whichever you're comfortable with putting on your face) to make a paste.

Apply with the face mask brush provided, all on the face avoiding the eye area. Spread on as even as you can. Let dry for at least 3 minutes, NO longer than 20 minutes. Then rinse & wash well with warm water. 

How long before I see results?

Skincare is all about consistency.

Figure out a routine best suitable for you and be consistent.

Results and results times will vary. We recommend giving products 60-90 days to see results. Purging phases aren't impossible, natural products or not but this allows time for the purging phase and for your full skin cycle to occur.

When will I receive a tracking number?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by USPS.

What is the refund and exchange policy?

There are absolutely no returns or exchanges. Given the nature of our products, all sales are final.

What is the shipping processing times?

Orders are shipped within 4-10 business days. This does not include the weekends or holidays.

Due to Covid-19 some packages may experience delays that are out of our control. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us via email trinskin.info@trinskin.com.

Delivery Issues (Lost or Stolen Packages) 

If you receive an email that your order was delivered, however, you did not receive it; contact USPS Customer Support at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). You may also file a claim online for the missing order package here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

After submitting the claim, email your claim information to trinskin.info@trinskin.com. so that we can further assist you and come up with a solution.
