Refund/Exchange

There are absolutely no returns or exchanges. Given the nature of our products, all sales are final. If there are any issues with your order please contact us at  trinskin.info@trinskin.com.

Shipping

​

Orders are shipped within 3-10 business days. We ship using USPS. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by USPS. Due to Covid-19 some packages may experience delays that are out of our control. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us via email trinskin.info@trinskin.com.

Invalid Address

If the order is placed using the incorrect address, please email us WITHIN 24 HOURS to update the shipping address.

Delivery Issues (Lost or Stolen Packages)

TRINSKIN is not responsible for lost, stolen and or damaged packages. We encourage you to follow up with USPS to file a claim!

If you receive an email that your order was delivered, however, you did not receive it; contact USPS Customer Support at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). You may also file a claim online for the missing order package here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

After submitting the claim, email your claim information to  trinskin.info@trinskin.com. so that we can further assist you and come up with a solution.
